Angel Acevedo is an independent film producer based in Los Angeles, California.  He has produced over 30 films, tv/web pilots, digital series, and commercials.  Specializing in low to "no budget" productions, he understands the ins and outs of independent filmmaking and knows what's required to start a project, keep it moving, and successfully deliver.  He also thinks it's kind of weird to talk in the third person, but he's going to keep doing it anyways.

Over the years, Angel has had numerous awarding-winning films play at festivals.  He was also a producer on the cult web series "We Need Girlfriends" which garnered a huge YouTube following and was developed as a half-hour sitcom at CBS with Sony Television Studios and Darren Star ("Sex and the City") executive producing.  His latest producing efforts include a short film with Lunarcy Pictures called "Yikes" which has screened at 8 festivals so far including the Short Film Corner at Cannes in 2015.  Most recently he completed production on the short film "The Girl in the Pink Motel" written and directed by Mike Notarile starring Louis Lombardi, Allie Gonino, and Mike Starr.

Last year, his first produced feature film, The Eve, was released on iTunes, Amazon Prime, Vudu, and Google Play via Indie Rights.

In addition, Angel has worked extensively in the post-production side of the industry for over 10 years.  He's well-versed in overseeing post-production from dailies, editorial, post sound, online, finishing and delivery.
